After a recent pilot programme, focused on helping economically inactive residents create their own job via self-employment. Startium provided a comprehensive evaluation for the Entrepreneurship and Skills team at MEABC. This included measuring return on investment, the financial contribution to the local economy and a suite of recommendations for any future iterations of the programme.

The City Ventures team required an external review of the systems and processes they use to deliver their startup support services. Through a series of interviews and group meetings the Startium team identified a range of opportunities to improve team efficiency and avoid duplication of work. This included the implementation of new digital infrastructure to help with information management & service delivery.

As a local enterprise agency in North Belfast, NCBC wanted to explore opportunities to engage with the local schools in order to improve connections and interactions between local pupils and the North Belfast business community. Startium worked with the NCBC team to design a new schools engagement programme with enterprise education and business interaction at its core.
